RETURN POLICY

You can return one or more products at your own expense within 14 days at most. Returned products must be in their original condition as when the product was delivered and must be accompanied by proof of purchase and a special return form.
If our product is returned in another condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.


If the purpose of the return is the replacement with a product of equal value, the replacement will take place after the receipt and control of the returned product.
• If the purpose of the return is to replace it with another different product and the new product is of greater value, you must make a difference. If it is of lower value, then the difference is credited to your account for future use.
In both cases there is no charge for free shipping.
• If the purpose of the return is a refund, because, for your own reasons you do not want the product, then the refund will be made within 30 working days of receipt and verification by our company of the product, by bank deposit, after deducting any shipping costs.

If the return is due to a defective product or to a different product from the one you ordered, then the return costs are covered by the company.

ATTENTION: For any defects mentioned in the product description the company is not obliged to cover the return costs.

Underwear and swimwear are not returned for hygiene reasons.

In any case, before returning the product, you must first communicate (by phone or e-mail) with the COMPANY, and fill in the special return form.
